I deliver compelling customer experiences that solve complex problems and impact millions of digital users. I have found that good experience strategies are based on listening to, and eliciting feedback from end-users, internal team members and clients. Collaboration is key, and today, especially with working remotely, there are platforms that facilitate remote brainstorming, feedback and co-designing activities with teams and clients.Current working on enhancing the digital banking experience through upgrades and future thinking products.

Outside of work, I find inspiration exploring and sketching the world around me. Currently, I am crafting a graphic novel to tell the story through observation and  multi-person POV  experiences (including my own) about rapid gentification in Atlanta, Georgia.
