This was a complete rebranding for Amway, across 100 countries to provide retail and individual business capabilities online. My input was the redesign of the Shopping Navigation schema, taxonomy and layout.
Challenges
Navigation: Existing taxonomy was more enterprise-focused. Checkout Flow: Accommodate diverse flows for consumers and Amway indivdual business owners.
Results
Navigation: Restructured navigation schema, taxonomy and metadata to be more user-focused.
Worked with Endeca, Content and Technical teams to ensure capability. Checkout accommodated different user types.
