Founded and currently manage Hubzu.com's first designated UX team, building an A-caliber group of UX and visual designers. Charged with improving UX for responsive design properties through quantitative/qualitative research.
Established UX design as the first stage for Web/Mobile development by instituting a user-centered design (UCD)approach with the cross-functional team.
Page-Abandonment-Improvement: Reduced page-abandonment rate by 25% after implementing a responsive site and improving functionality, design and navigation based on user research and analytics results.
Visit-to-Buy Improvement: Bids increased 84% with a 100% increase on mobile and 56% on tablet. Conversion increased 6% on desktop 9% on mobile and 4% on tablets with the first 2 months of launch.

Co-managed the redesign for the Bloomberg ‘Anywhere’ iPhone and iPad apps used by 350,000 professional subscribers worldwide using a mobile-focused approach to UX design, content strategy, and user testing. Facilitated collaboration sessions and workshops with Bloomberg client, users and design team.
Led the UX redesign for the News, Markets, Equity and Monitors tracks ensuring design standards and quality.
Won Grand Prize award: 2012 User Experience Awards in NYC for the mobile app design.
Spearheaded UX and IA design solutions for complex Fortune 500 B2B and B2C projects including web site and mobile design. Expertise in user research, persona development, requirements gathering, UX design, navigation systems, in-lab usability testing. Client experience including but not limited to: State Farm, AT&T, Southwest Airlines, Amway Global, Belk Stores and Citrix.
